Weeks of hard work and it takes seconds to comment, like or sub ïŠ Storyline: Basically the main character is a girl (let's call her Emily) with really strict parents that belong to an extreme religious cult. This cult has many rules about how members of the cult and their families should behave. The rules also include how children are treated. They are allowed to be slapped, whipped and physically abused by parents if they commit what the cult/family sees is wrong. Emily tries really hard to impress them, she follows the rules, gets good grades, makes the right friends, says the right things etc but nothing seems good enough for the parents. She just feels powerless. Emily gets up one morning and puts on a pretty black dress. When her parents see her they slap her because! she is wearing a black dress, and believe black is the colour of hell and sin and tell her they are ashamed to be called her parents. She runs to her room and remembers all the times her parents have abused her and how they have never praised her when she has done good. She then has a complete change of mind and decides to completely rebel against them and the cult, trying to prove they don't own her by going out every night, throwing away her 'sensible' clothes, getting drunk, staying out late etc
